1. Select product since each window film product has a unique benefit, you will need to first know your objectives to determine what product is right for you. Whether you need a higher Visible Light Transmission (VLT) window film for energy efficiency or security window film for protection, etc.
2. Select installation center After choosing the right product for your vehicle / home / office, you may find an Authorized installer near you Here
3. Check stock availability Different outlets may carry different range of products, mostly based on the demand in the region. You may check the product availability with Headquarter Here before sending your car to the outlet for installation.
4. Book an appointment Advance booking for installation appointment is recommended.
When purchase:
5. Fill up the Warranty Application Form at the outlet and make sure the information provided is correct.
6. A copy of the Warranty Application Form will be send back to Headquarter by the Authorized Dealer.
After purchase:
7. Warranty card will be processed within fourteen (14) days upon receipt of the Warranty Application Form from Authorized Dealer.
8. The Limited Product Warranty card will be sent to customer by post. Please ensure the contact information and address are presented clearly on the Warranty Application Form.
